Young Artists Citywide Art Exhibition
Today, Tuesday, May 14, the Office of Academic Enrichment hosted the opening reception for the Young Artists citywide art exhibition. The show is one of the largest annual single school district art exhibitions in the country with over 150 exhibiting schools representing grades K-12. The exhibition will showcase over 1,500 pieces of work in a variety of styles including painting, illustration, graphics, murals, textiles, sculpture, ceramics and other forms of visual art. This year marks the 57th anniversary of the exhibition. The show will run through the end of the summer August 30th. Stop by 440 North Broad Street at the main SDP building to check out the exhibition and find the Cook-Wissahickon Pannel! Wonderful Job to everyone!
